オフィスプロジェクト「Resonance of Green/Kakushin Office」が、世界最大の建築・デザインメディア「ArchDaily」に掲載／選出されました。
このプロジェクトにおいて目指したのは、単に機能的で美しいオフィスをつくることではなく、
企業の理念、事業の個性、ブランドカラー、そして未来への姿勢までもが、空間体験として立ち上がる環境を創ることでした。
企業のシグネチャーカラーである新緑を、
装飾としてではなく、場に満ちる生命的なエネルギーとして扱っています。
そのデザインは、働く人々の感覚に直接触れ、創造性や対話、成長への気配を自然に引き出し、
企業のアイデンティティを空間そのものへと変換していきます。
私達は、企業空間をブランドの背景ではなく、
ブランドそのものを体験する場として設計しています。
企業や地域が持つ固有の価値を、
光、色彩、素材、自然現象のような空間体験へと翻訳し、
文化的価値、商業的価値、そして国際的な発信力を同時に育てていくこと。
それが、デザインの核にある考え方です。
今回のArchDaily掲載もまた、
このデザインが持つ空間的価値と、企業ブランドとしての発信力が、国際的な文脈において評価された一つの結果であると受け止めています。
これからも、企業や地域に内在する固有の力を、世界に届く風景と体験へと昇華してまいります。

【計画概要】
自動車関連事業のオフィス兼店舗のデザイン。
企業のブランドカラーである新緑をモチーフに、新鮮で生命力溢れるグリーンの多角形体を空間全体に展開し、働く人々の創造的な交流と感性を呼び覚ます空間を目指した。
緑の多角形体は舞うように散りばめられ、天井には葉の重なりのような繊細なグラデーション、壁には新緑の芽吹く力を感じさせる艶やかな質感を施している。さらに、壁面やカウンターには大地の地層を感じさせる重層的な仕上げを施し、自然の無秩序な美しさやエネルギーを空間に与えている。
空間の位置や視線の角度に応じて、多角形体と地層の重なりが有機的に変化し共鳴し合い、表情豊かな質感と色彩のリズムを生み出す。
時刻と季節に応じて変化する自然光と呼応する新緑の空間は詩的なリズムを刻み、人々の創造的な活動の楽しさと喜びを拡大する森のようなオフィス空間を創出している。

オフィスプロジェクト「Resonance of Green/Kakushin Office」が、
イタリア・ミラノを拠点とする世界的に強い影響力のある老舗デザインメディア「designboom」に掲載／選出されました。
ブランドカラーである「新緑」を、単なる色ではなく、空間全体を満たすエネルギーとして扱えないか——そんな問いから、このプロジェクトの設計は始まりました。
多角形のグリーンが、空間の中を舞うように展開し、天井や壁、光や影が互いに呼応しながら、ひとつの風景を創っていく。
働く方々の感覚に直接触れ、創造性や対話を自然に引き出すための装置でもあります。

日本郵政不動産様と春蒔プロジェクト様のオフィスのプロジェクト「 Waterscape Office / co-lab五反田 with JPRE」が、
世界最高峰の空間デザインアワード の一つ「FRAME」主催の国際デザイン賞 「FRAME AWARD」Silver Award を受賞致しました。
本賞に選出いただいたことは、弊社の活動が国際的な文脈の中で、確かな価値を持ちうることを示す大変意義深い出来事となりました。
今回の受賞は、クライアントの皆様、プロジェクトに関わってくださった運営会社の皆様、施工会社の皆様、多くの職人の方々、関係者の皆様、そして日々弊社の創造を支えてくれている皆様の力が結集して初めて成し得たものであります。

設計をさせていただいた日本郵政不動産様と春蒔プロジェクト様のオフィスのプロジェクト「 Waterscape Office / co-lab五反田 with JPRE」が、世界最大規模のイタリアの国際デザイン賞 「A’ Design Award」Silver Award を受賞致しました。
受賞式は、古には歴代のローマ皇帝を始め王侯貴族の心を虜にした保養地であるイタリア・コモ湖畔の大劇場(テアトロ・ソチャーレ）で開催され、弊社代表・落合守征が参加しました。

Gala-Nightは世界中の受賞者が一堂に会し、賞の受賞を祝う世界最大級の祝賀会。受賞者ほか、プレス関係者、業界関係者が招待され、ヨーロッパ屈指のリゾート地であるコモ湖畔にある大劇場で華やかに開催されました。落合守征デザインプロジェクトは、今年で11度目の受賞となりました。
歴史ある建築物の中で、世界各国のデザイナーの方々と交流し、今後の活動の指針となる多くのインスピレーションを得ることができたイタリア滞在となりました。
日本の着物の技法(一枚の布）を応用し、かつての水田(五反田の地名の由来)の水面の光を意識したオフィスデザインが海外で注目を集める良い機会になったと思います。

【うつろいの光の波 】
このデザインが世界で評価されるのは、着物や折り紙などの日本のものづくり文化を意識したデザイン手法、つまり一枚の布のような金属シートからまったく想像のできない形をつくっていく、そうした日本の美意識や精神性を感じられるからだと考えています。
和紙や漆など日本的な素材ばかりでなく、欧米の文化にも敬意を表して世界中に流通しているマテリアルも使いながら、日本の風土や文化、ものづくりに由来するモノを創っていく。
そして、相互の文化を掛け合わしていくような新しい文化価値を持ったデザインを発信していきたいと思っております。
様々なプロジェクトとの出逢いに感謝し、
これからも、デザイン、設計を通して社会を豊かにする使命を果たすべく活動を続けてまいります。
**A’ Design Award (イタリア）について
A’ Design Awardは、イタリア・ミラノに本部を置く世界最大規模の国際的デザインコンペティションです。
A’ Design Awardのエントリーは、国際的に著名な学者、ジャーナリスト、デザイナー、経営者らの国際審査員による匿名の投票で審査されます。指名されたデザインは、トップデザインのみを選別する為に、所定の評価基準のもとで投票されます。優れたデザイン、技術、創造性を示した世界中の最高の商品、プロジェクト、サービスに対して、優れたデザインと革新のシンボルであるA’ Design Awardが贈られます。

The office project we designed for Japan Post Real Estate and Harumaki Project, “Waterscape Office / co-lab Gotanda with JPRE,” has won the Silver Award at the A’ Design Award, the world’s largest international design award in Italy.
The award ceremony was held at the Teatro Socciale, a large theater on the shores of Lake Como in Italy, a resort that once captivated the hearts of successive Roman emperors and other royalty and aristocrats, and was attended by our company president, Moriyuki Ochiai.

Gala Night is one of the world’s largest celebrations, bringing together award winners from around the world to celebrate their awards. The event was held in a grand setting at a large theater on the shores of Lake Como, one of Europe’s leading resort areas, and was attended by award winners, press representatives, and industry professionals. This year marks the 11th time that Moriyuki Ochiai Design Project has received an award.
Our stay in Italy allowed us to interact with designers from around the world in a historic building and gain a wealth of inspiration that will serve as a guide for our future activities.
We believe this office design, which applies Japanese kimono techniques (a single piece of cloth) and is conscious of the light on the surface of the water in former rice paddies (the origin of the Gotanda name), was a great opportunity to attract attention overseas.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the client and operators for giving me this opportunity, as well as to the team members who cooperated and the construction company.
This project has received several awards, including the Gold Award at the New York MUSE Design Award, the Best of Year Award – Honoree Award hosted by INTERIOR DESIGN magazine in New York, and the Honorable Mention Award at the International Design Awards, an international competition held in Los Angeles.
【 Waves of changing light 】
We believe the reason this design has been acclaimed around the world is because it uses a design technique that takes into account Japan’s craftsmanship culture, such as kimonos and origami, in other words, it creates completely unimaginable shapes from a single piece of cloth-like metal sheet, and you can feel the Japanese aesthetic sense and spirituality.
We use not only traditionally Japanese materials such as washi paper and lacquer, but also materials that are distributed around the world, paying homage to Western culture, to create items that are derived from Japan’s climate, culture, and craftsmanship.
We also hope to create designs that have new cultural value and combine these two cultures.
We are grateful for the opportunities we have had to encounter with various projects, and will continue to work to fulfill our mission of enriching society through design and planning.
